Shipping Policy
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday). We will dispatch your order as soon as possible, so if you need to make any adjustments to your order or delivery address, please contact us promptly via email at info@denzyoxford.co.uk or through the contact form on our website’s contact page. Once the carrier has collected the parcel, it is no longer possible to halt the shipment or make modifications. As soon as it becomes available from the carrier, you will receive a tracking code by email to monitor each stage of the delivery.
Some shipping companies may take longer than others to update tracking information in the system. If your order was placed more than five business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be dispatched in separate parcels. If this happens, do not worry; you will receive the remaining items shortly.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time varies by location. Once your order has been processed, delivery generally takes between 6 and 12 days. All delivery times exclude customs clearance delays and do not include our processing time. Please be aware that processing and delivery times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons.
Please note that the delivery timeframes provided are estimates, and your order may arrive earlier or later than expected. We recommend monitoring your order tracking.
"Denzy Oxford" cannot be held responsible for shipment delays caused by weather conditions, customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Rest assured, we make every effort to meet the timelines provided, but unforeseen issues can occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding if something does not go as planned, and we are always available to address any questions or concerns.
DELIVERY COSTS
We cover the delivery costs for every order. All our products are delivered 100% free to your home, with no minimum order quantity required. As a result, delivery time may occasionally be longer than usual.
DELIVERY (Check Your Address)
This stage involves the carrier delivering the products directly to the recipient's address. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Ensure that your delivery address is accurate before completing your order. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made to the delivery address or chosen delivery method after checkout.
If a package is not successfully delivered due to lack of cooperation from the customer, such as providing an incorrect phone number or address, being absent at the address, not complying with import regulations, or failing to collect the package as indicated in the tracking, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
In these cases, we will hold the package for up to 30 days after its return to our warehouse. During this period, the customer must contact us to provide a new or correct delivery address if needed and pay for the costs of redelivery. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide the correct address and ensure that the necessary conditions for delivery are met. Refunds will not be issued if the package is returned for the reasons outlined here or if the customer does not pay for reshipment.
For deliveries to the wrong address due to carrier error, please file a claim with the carrier or contact us.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as orders are quickly forwarded to our warehouse. If processing or shipping has already occurred, we regret that we cannot cancel the order, and you may need to initiate a product return.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages if your tracking number shows successful delivery in our tracking system or in the carrier’s system. Stolen or lost packages are non-refundable if a successful delivery is confirmed.
In many cases, a neighbour may have received the parcel, or it may be held by a building receptionist or another individual responsible for mail collection at the address. With a little effort, such packages can often be located.
DAMAGED/OPENED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents. Submit a claim with the carrier used to ship your order and contact us.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By placing an order, you accept these terms & conditions and enter into a binding agreement with us.
